Are you looking for a way to escape from the hell of rushed villages? This detailed guide from Ashlain gives you his advice on this topic, one of the most hard questions in Clash of Clans.
So what is a rushed village?
If you upgrade your Town Hall to the next level without upgrading your defensive buildings, troops, spells, traps, heroes or other structures to their maxed level, your village is a rushed one.
Although this is one of the most popular topics in Clash of Clans, I have seen plenty of players who start a brand new village after rushing their previous account to Town Hall 10 without X-Bows. But you don’t need to worry about this anymore. There is always a way to fix a rushed village. This detailed guide will give you everything to fix your rushed base. After reading, I am sure that it would be one of your bookmarks!
General Rushed Town Hall (TH4 – TH8)
Overview: It is not a big deal if your rushed Town Hall are at level 4-8 because you just need about 300 millions Gold to have a maxed Town Hall 8 = just a few months of farming, no matter how your rushed village is.
Your first upgrades should be Elixir Collectors, Gold Mines and Dark Elixir Drills. They are actually special gifts from Supercell for all rushed villages. They can always give you a certain amount of loot.
After upgrading those gifts, we should split all next upgrades into 2 categories are and . Just follow this list from top down to bottom and always upgrade 1 unit at a time. After finishing an unit, upgrade the next one!
|1. Clan Castle||1. Spell Factory|
|2. Wizard Towers||2. Army Camps|
|3. Mortars||3. Laboratory|
|4. Giant Bombs / Air Mines||4. Barracks|
|5. Air Defenses||5. Dark Barracks|
|6. Hidden Teslas|
|7. Skeleton Traps|
|8. Air Sweeper|
Troop and Spell Upgrades: You should split your troops into 2 parts: Troops/Spells for farming and Troops/Spells for wars. After that, you need to focus on upgrading every troop to its max level. If you are a farmer, start with farming troops and vice-versa.
Although this is not the most flexibly strategy but it is the most effective one. If you are going to use Dragons in Clan Wars, just upgrade Dragons to its maxed level and followed by Lightning Spell or Rage Spell. Just one attack strategy for rushed village at Clan Wars!
Should I upgrade Walls? You should upgrade your Walls between each upgrade. Always have 1 builder free to spend your loot into walls. Remember you are a rushed Town Hall and it is really hard to protect your loot!
Farming Strategy for rushed TH4-8
Don’t rush your trophies if you are a rushed Town Hall. Stay at a low trophy league (Bronze 1 should be great) and always place your Town Hall far from your village, place it next to the corner. There will be plenty of enemies who just want your trophies, they will sniper your TH and give you free shield.
You should boost your Barracks for 2 hours whenever you have at least 2 hours to play. Cheap and quick training armies like Barch is always perfect. You can attack another turn right after finishing an attack. Don’t need to use Spells for farming. If you are looking for Dark Elixir, try to use Giant-Barch combo. Use Giants + Wall Breakers to go into the core, where the DE Storage usually stays.
Before logging off, buy as many expensive troops as you can so you will have a super power army when you come back.

Rushed Town Hall 9 and 10
The game is much harder with rushed Town Hall 9 and 10. No matter what your village currently is, you should build and upgrade X-Bows and Inferno Towers to their maxed level at first. They are the most powerful defensive buildings in Clash of Clans. Upgrading them gives you more benefits than upgrading the others. After X-Bows and Inferno Towers, you should unlock Archer Queen and Barbarian King because you need to use them in both offensive and defensive matches. These are the most important things you need to remember while fixing your rushed TH9 and 10, all other things are the same as TH4-8.
Besides those tips, there is still one of the most important things you need to remember If you want to fix your rushed Town Hall: Be patient and clash on!
